Senior .Net Developer

WRK digital are recruiting a Senior Software Developer to join an established company who are at the forefront of the UK's technology-driven logistics sector.

As Senior Software Developer you would be joining their close-knit team of developers ranging from principle to junior levels and alongside the application support team. Your role will be to develop and enhance industry leading logistics software solutions using .NET and SQL Server as well as supporting and enhancing a small number of legacy systems using the SCRUM framework.

As Senior Software Developer You Will Be Responsible For

• Providing regular reporting and feedback of projects at tasks to line manager and project teams.
• Motivating and mentoring the development team, ensuring that a high level of quality code is maintained across our suite of solutions.
• Holding daily scrum stand-ups where progress will be reported amongst the team along with anticipated progress and any blockers.
• Having an active involvement in key strategic projects, driving these forward ensuring traction is continuous.
  
  

As Senior Software Developer, You Will Have

• A minimum of 4 years experience working in a .Net Developer position with .Net Core, C# and ASP.NET
• Experience of providing mentorship to junior developers within the team.
• Knowledge of Agile Development Frameworks (SCRUM).
• Excellent communication skills, able to speak in technical and non-technical terms.
  
  

This is a remote first position with one day a week onsite at their Bradford office.
