Feature Leader Expert

About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a seasoned Feature Leader to drive digital development and site configuration for one of our Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) product lines. In this hands-on role, you’ll partner with cross-functional teams to ensure our BESS solutions are delivered on time, to scope, and with world-class quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Matrix Project Management

– Represent Digital & IT in BESS product development projects

– Coordinate timelines, deliverables and dependencies across multiple teams

• Test & Release Management

– Define, plan and execute system-level test activities

– Oversee release readiness, ensuring deployment criteria are met

• Feature Leadership

– Elicit and prioritize requirements for new BESS features

– Collaborate with product owners, developers and stakeholders to refine feature scope

Essential Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital product development for BESS, Energy Management Systems or similar domains

• Proven experience with site configuration and field commissioning of distributed energy assets

• Strong grasp of cybersecurity, data management and modern integration technologies (APIs, microservices, IoT protocols)

• Hands-on Agile and DevOps expertise—ideally within Azure DevOps or comparable toolchains

• Excellent stakeholder-management skills across diverse, international teams

• Proactive, “boots on the ground” attitude: you get things done and inspire others to do the same

• Fluent English (written and spoken); additional language skills are a plus
