Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

At Technology & Innovation, we are a cross-functional team of Designers (Interior/Exterior Light, HMI, Motion) and Software Engineers (Light/Sound algorithms, Unity/Android, Unreal, full-stack). We thrive on interdisciplinary collaboration, curiosity, self-drive, and continuous learning. Our stakeholders include automotive product managers and engineers, and together, we push the boundaries of design & technology, bringing innovative solutions to the automotive industry and shaping the future of mobility experiences.

We are now seeking a Senior Software Developer to join our team. Communication, collaboration, an open mindset, and team spirit are the foundation of your work—skills come next.

Core Responsibilities

• Rapid prototyping of user experience concepts using diverse software languages/tools.
• Developing algorithm designs, game demos (Unity/Unreal), or software-hardware integrations.
• Creating full-stack solutions to optimize workflows, especially for graphical designers.
• Working with Python, Embedded-C, networking protocols (MQTT, WebSocket), and bus protocols (CAN, SPI, I2C).
• Quickly adapting to new languages/tools to meet project demands.
  
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

✅ Must-Have:

• 5+ years of programming experience across diverse projects.
• 3+ years as a front-end developer, preferably in UX/UI teams.
• Proficiency in C++ & Python (4+ years).
• Strong mathematical & algorithm development skills.
• Proven expertise in software architecture & design.
  
  
  

🔹 Nice-to-Have:

• 3D math, visualizations, or shader programming.
• Experience with Android/AUTOSAR, AI frameworks, or embedded hardware (Arduino, Raspberry Pi).
• Knowledge of Linux shell, PowerShell, or vehicle protocols (CAN-FD, Flexray, LIN).
