Our current search is for our client who is preparing to launch in the wellness and supplements market, the platform combines the power of AI, personalized health data, and a sleek direct-to-consumer experience to revolutionize how people manage their well-being.

The Role

We are looking for a hands-on, product-driven CTO who will play a critical role in bringing the vision to life. You'll lead the development of the platform from scratch, from initial architecture to team building, and help scale intelligently in a competitive space.

This is not a figurehead role. You’ll code, build, iterate, and scale — while making the key technical and strategic decisions that shape the product and company.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end product development, from MVP to scale, across web, mobile, and backend systems
• Architect a secure, scalable, and modular infrastructure for a data-heavy, AI-integrated consumer platform
• Build or integrate AI systems to drive personalization, diagnostics, content generation, and recommendations
• Set technology strategy aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.)
• Hire and lead a high-performing team, including engineers, DevOps, and data scientists
• Collaborate closely with product and design to ship quickly and iterate fast
• Define and manage technical roadmaps, timelines, and budgets
• Represent technology in investor meetings and strategic partnerships

What We’re Looking For

• Full-stack developer with a strong understanding of front-end, back-end and mobile.
• Demonstrated experience building and scaling B2C products, especially in e-commerce, health tech, or AI
• Strong proficiency with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, open-source models) and AI-driven UX experiences
• Experience in leading small, fast-moving teams and working closely with design/product stakeholders
• Fluent, native-level English communication (written and verbal) — essential for US market alignment
• Passion for building impactful, user-focused technology with long-term vision

Bonus Points

• Previous startup founder or early-stage technical leader
• Experience with personalized supplements, wellness, or digital health platforms
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks (HIPAA, SOC 2, etc.)
• Background or strong interest in functional medicine, quantified self, or longevity
