AI/ML Data Practice Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary professional to lead the development and delivery of AI/ML and Data Management solutions for our customers. This pivotal role demands a blend of consulting character, technical expertise, and hands-on capability to spearhead our AI/ML initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in AI/ML, Data Science/Data Engineering/Data Management, with proven experience in both pre-sales consulting and solution delivery. As the key person of our AI/ML and Data Management practice, this individual will not only architect and implement cutting-edge solutions but also drive our strategic direction in these areas, establishing Knowit Poland among the leaders of AI and Data-driven innovation.

Role Overview:
As the AI/ML & Data Practice Lead, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering AI/ML solutions that drive value for our clients. You will also play a key and active role in pre-sales activities, defining company offering, lead discovery workshops, and provide hands-on consulting. Your expertise will help establish and grow our AI/ML and Data Management practice, positioning Knowit Poland as a leader in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and delivery of AI/ML and Data Management solutions.

• Engage in pre-sales activities, including participation in defining company offer, client consultations, discovery workshops, and inspiration events.

• Design and implement AI/ML and Data solutions based on public cloud infrastructure (preferably Azure).

• Establish and grow Knowit Poland's AI/ML and Data practices.

• Serve as the technical and professional lead in AI/ML and Data areas.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in AI/ML, Data Science / Data Engineering / Data Management.

• Strong background in public cloud platforms (eg. Azure)

• Proven experience in consulting, pre-sales, and solution delivery.

• Demonstrated ability to build and lead AI/ML and Data solutions.

• Hands on practice in designing and building GenAI based solutions

• Hands on practice in utilizing GenAI

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
