Data Analyst

We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join a product company based in Oslo!

You’ll work closely with our product and engineering teams who have created an AI-based cybersecurity training platform to help companies improve security awareness amongst employees

You will have the opportunity to dive into the full data lifecycle - from designing how we collect data, to analysing patterns and driving product improvements.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Product analytics: Turn product usage data into actionable insights to help guide decisions and improvements.
• Support AI development: Help evaluate the output of our AI models and contribute to ongoing refinement.
• Data infrastructure: Ensure our data is structured, clean, and meaningful by helping design what we collect and how we use it.
• Troubleshooting & investigations: Collaborate with engineers to debug issues and uncover what’s really going on

What We’re Looking For:

• Proficiency in SQL and preferably experience with Python
• Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail
• Clear communication skills, with the ability to explain data findings to both technical and non-technical teammates
• Strong instinct for creating clear, effective visualisations
• Bonus: experience with Google Cloud tools (BigQuery, PubSub, BigTable, Gemini)
