DevOps Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, develop, and maintain cloud-native infrastructure solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Design and implement automated deployment pipelines using Kubernetes (EKS), Helm charts, ArgoCD, and GitLab CI/CD.
• Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform to ensure reproducibility and consistency.
• Write custom scripts in Python and Golang to automate cloud operations and improve system reliability.
• Integrate secure secret management using HashiCorp Vault within DevOps pipelines.
• Work closely with software engineers, security teams, and product owners to gather requirements and deliver reliable solutions.
• Proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance and cloud costs.
• Stay updated on emerging cloud technologies and best practices.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure and DevOps.
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Deep knowledge of container orchestration and automation with Kubernetes (EKS), Helm, and ArgoCD.
• Strong experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD preferred).
• Proficient in infrastructure as code using Terraform.
• Solid scripting and automation skills in Python and Golang.
• Familiarity with secure secrets management using HashiCorp Vault.
• Strong understanding of cloud networking, monitoring, and cost optimization.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with proactive task ownership.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, GCP Cloud Architect, Azure Solutions Architect)
• Experience with service mesh (Istio/Linkerd), monitoring tools (Prometheus/Grafana), and cloud security best practices.
