Job Summary

Lean Agile Coach – Utility - Local to NJ and GA

  • Collaborate with Portfolio Leaders and Scaling Coaches to create and customize SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) implementation strategies.
  • Lead the execution of Agile transformation by piloting Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and scaling to additional ARTs and Solution Trains.
  • Facilitate executive-level workshops to drive agile transformation and develop leadership training/coaching programs for top-down agile adoption.
  • Develop roadmaps and structures to transition portfolios towards Lean Portfolio Management aligned with strategic business themes.
  • Conduct Value Stream Mapping workshops to educate Business and Technology leaders on the importance of value streams in implementing ARTs and Solution Trains.
  • Design, implement, and communicate scaling programs for agile practices.
  • Provide expertise in Scaled Agile methodologies, primarily focusing on SAFe.
  • Coach and mentor teams and individuals in PI (Program Increment) Planning and the execution of Agile Release Trains.
  • Mentor key roles including Product Managers, Product Owners, Release Train Engineers, Scrum Masters, and team members.
  • Design value streams and initiate Agile Release Trains to support business and technology transformation.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in retail/ecommerce industries.
  • Position requires local candidates in Parsippany, NJ or Alpharetta, GA.
