Project Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards while managing all aspects of the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize construction projects according to deadlines and budget.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
• Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Facilitate communication between all project stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
• Lead project meetings and provide updates to team members and clients.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is a plus.
