This Project Manager role is dedicated to leading the enterprise-wide implementation of candidate selection assessments. The project is currently in its early stages and will require coordination across all levels of the organization, including legal, compliance, HR, and business unit leadership. The work will involve technology implementation, change management, and strategic communication planning.
The PM will serve as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and an external consulting firm supporting the initiative—ensuring alignment, mitigating risks, and driving successful adoption across the enterprise. While the PM will work closely with the external consultant, they are ultimately accountable for driving progress, coordinating stakeholders, and delivering results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of candidate selection assessments across the organization.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including legal, compliance, HR, IT, and business leadership.
- Ensure effective collaboration with the external consulting partner while owning overall project delivery.
- Drive technology implementation efforts, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and stakeholder expectations.
- Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk mitigation.
- Facilitate change management and develop communication strategies to support project adoption.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality updates and presentations for executive leadership.
Required Skill Sets:
- Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting
- Excellent leadership and team coordination abilities
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of risk management and process improvement techniques
Minimum Education Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field

- Technically adept and capable of leading teams through complex technology implementations
- Strong ability to lead cross-functional work and collaborate effectively with consultants, legal, technical, and business stakeholders
- Confident in owning timelines, deliverables, and executive-level communications
- Skilled in structured planning, vendor evaluation, and strategic documentation
