Assistant Project Manager

We are one of the fastest growing general contractors in the Washington DC Metro. Quickly approaching $200M in annual revenues we are focused on building some of the best projects in the commercial sectors. Some of those include K-12, Government, Public Works, Multi-family & Mixed-use Offices. We are looking for our next Assistant Project Manager to join the team.

What You Will Do

• K-12, Historical Renovations & other commercial projects
• Ground-up new construction
• Manage projects from start to finish
• Mentor Project management staff
• Work along side job site crews to assure project success
  
  

What You Need

• 2+ years of project management experience
• 2+ years of commercial
• k-12 a huge plus
• BS in Construction Management or related
