What You'll Do:
- Lead the transition to modern VoIP systems while maintaining robust telecom support.
- Work alongside a seasoned Network Engineer to manage network administration and firewall systems.
- Troubleshoot and optimize telecom and network issues, creating seamless experiences for users.
- Document, map, and manage telecom lines and systems for efficiency and future growth.
What We're Looking For:
- 4+ years of experience with legacy telephony systems (e.g., ShoreTel or similar platforms).
- Knowledge of modern VoIP platforms (e.g., Zoom Phone, Microsoft Teams, RingCentral).
- Foundational networking skills (TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP).
- Effective communicator with strong documentation and training abilities.
- A driven, resourceful problem-solver who thrives in dynamic environments.
