🎯 Key Responsibilities

✔ Project Supervision: Manage day-to-day construction activities on-site

✔ Quality Control: Ensure compliance with engineering designs and specifications

✔ Team Leadership: Supervise contractors, technicians, and laborers

✔ Progress Reporting: Prepare daily reports and update project documentation

✔ Technical Support: Resolve on-site technical issues and provide engineering solutions

✔ Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to HSE regulations and company policies

✔ Coordination: Liaise between project managers, architects, and subcontractors

🛠️ Required Skills & Software Proficiency

✅ 5+ years of site engineering experience in construction projects

✅ Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software

✅ Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera for scheduling

✅ Excellent understanding of construction methodologies and materials

✅ Familiarity with Oman construction regulations and standards

✅ Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
