HUGO BOSS Ticino SA, sited in Coldrerio Switzerland, masters the fashion flow for all the Brands of the product groups Shirt & Neckwear, Knitwear, Bodywear & Hosiery, Footwear, Accessories and Licenses.

The candidate, sited in our Footwear BU, will ensure the development process performance from prototyping phase to the final samples confirmation for industrialization, facilitating the goal of the company functions such as (Development, Product Managers and Designers).

What you can expect:

• Perform as one of the points of reference for women's footwear development and specifically express high knowledge of women's applied heels and monobloc outsoles;
• Check and develop global vendors in order to guarantee the development process alignment to costs and quality company guidelines;
• Support and provide technical solutions during both prototypes and salesman sample phases, checking feasibility, availability of components and materials, quality, and timing;
• Manage fitting and industrialization meetings, finalizing all relevant information for production setup and confirmation;
• Monitor and assure the smooth and effective flow of development documentation and orders between company functions such as Product Management, Design, Procurement, and vendors;
• Be available for recurrent trips to vendors.
  
  
  

Your profile:

• Have proven experience in similar roles developed in international and high process/quality-focused industries;
• Have excellent knowledge of women's footwear materials, construction, paper patterns, machinery, and workmanship;
• Have very good English knowledge, both written and spoken; Italian will be a plus;
• Are skillful in computer operations;
• Have a strong organizational mindset and are delivery-to-target focused;
• Are able to manage complex business relations and develop a professional network;
• Are strongly team-oriented and open to innovation.
