The Role

We are seeking a hands-on, versatile Machine Learning Engineer to help lay the foundation for our journey into integrating machine learning into our software development lifecycle. This is a strategic and technical role, ideal for someone eager to shape ML capabilities from the ground up — from identifying use cases to deploying production-grade models.

Only candidates based in Argentina will be considered for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with software developers and business stakeholders to identify high-impact machine learning use cases
  • Design, build, and maintain secure and scalable ML models for tasks such as prediction, anomaly detection, recommendation engines, and process automation
  • Solve complex problems using large, multilayered data sets, and optimize ML libraries and frameworks for performance
  • Monitor and evaluate model performance; implement continuous improvement strategies
  • Keep up to date with the latest ML trends and tools, contributing to internal best practices and frameworks
  • Help build a knowledge-sharing culture by supporting upskilling initiatives within the development team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in software development, including at least 1 year working on machine learning projects
  • Strong foundation in mathematics and data modeling
  • Hands-on experience with modern ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
  • Proficiency in Python; familiarity with Java and/or R is a plus
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Strong collaborative mindset and passion for innovation and continuous learning
