Staff Fullstack Engineer

Tasks

We’re looking for a Staff Fullstack Engineer with a strong track record in developing full-stack applications. In this role, you’ll work alongside our team to create impactful, scalable software solutions. If you enjoy taking ownership of complex technical challenges and delivering quality solutions, this could be the perfect fit. You’ll report to and work closely with our CTO, contributing directly to our product roadmap and helping to bring innovative solutions to the Talent Management space.

This is a fully remote role within EU time zones, with opportunities for in-person team gatherings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, maintainable code and solutions for platform features
• Collaborate across teams to ensure cohesive product development and system functionality
• Enhance database functionality using advanced PostgreSQL (including PL/pgSQL)
• Develop new, cloud-based systems to innovate and make a significant impact in the Talent Management space
• Build and enhance system integrations and APIs, ensuring robust functionality and performance
  
  

Profile

• Extensive experience as a full stack engineer, with proven project success
• Expert knowledge of React, Typescript, and PostgreSQL (including PL/pgSQL)
• Extensive experience with serverless functions (e.g. Lambda, Workers)
• Experience with API development and a deep understanding of system impact when building features
• Ability to think systemically, understanding the broader impact of development work
• Startup experience is highly desirable
• Strong English communication skills and a high standard for quality
