Director of Product Analytics | €80B+ Revenue | DAX 40 | Customer Insight & Strategy | Cologne/ Bonn (Hybrid)

AI Futures have been exclusively retained to find a Director of Product Analytics for a major organisation headquartered in Cologne, part of a group generating over €80 billion in annual revenue and listed on the DAX 40. This is a rare opportunity to shape strategic decision-making through data and lead the optimisation of digital product performance to drive revenue growth and reduce churn.

Based in Cologne/ Bonn, you will take ownership of product analytics across digital platforms, leading the design and delivery of KPI frameworks, insights, and experimentation. Your work will guide smarter decisions, improve customer experience, and embed data-driven thinking throughout the organisation.

Hybrid: 2 days per week onsite in Cologne/ Bonn

Remuneration: Up to €250k total package

The Role

• Lead digital product analytics across customer journeys (e.g. onboarding, self-service, retention)
• Define and maintain core KPI frameworks focused on conversion, engagement, and lifetime value
• Deliver actionable insights to guide product improvements and strategic decisions
• Develop and scale experimentation practices including A/B testing and cohort analysis
• Build dashboards and reporting tools to enable data self-service across teams
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align product metrics with company goals

The Candidate

• 10+ years in analytics, insights, or product data roles
• Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional analytics or data science teams
• Excellent SQL and Python skills plus experience with BI tools (e.g. Tableau or Power BI)
• Proven track record applying data to influence product roadmaps and commercial outcomes
• Comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels with C-suite stakeholders
• Fluent in German (English a plus)
