ERP Transformation Project Manager

Ideally, you will have experience in managing ERP or Transformation projects end-to-end.

About Your New Job:

• Lead ERP projects from initiation to post-implementation.
• Develop project plans covering scope, schedule, resources, and risk management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and consultants.
• Manage budgets and track expenditures.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Facilitate change management for user adoption.
• Monitor progress and report to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate training for smooth ERP transition

What Skills You’ll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field. MBA or certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is a plus.
• 5+ years of ERP or Transformation or Migration project management experience.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite).
• Experience in industry sectors such as distribution, manufacturing, retail utilities are nice to have
• Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience with change management and training methodologies.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
