Change Manager

Role : Senior Business Change Manager - Core Banking

Location : Dublin (Hybrid)

Contract : 6 months (initially) (Opportunity to move permanent thereafter)

• Experience in delivering large-scale transformation programmes within core banking environments, particularly legacy systems.
• Change strategy, stakeholder engagement, and operating model transformation, with the ability to manage the impact of change across business and technology teams.
• Understanding of legacy banking processes, regulatory considerations, and data migration challenges.
• Ability to drive adoption and readiness across all levels of the organisation.
