About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled mid-level UX/UI Designer to contribute to the ongoing revamp of the UX/UI of our websites, neofinance.com and paskoluklubas.lt. The redesign process is already underway, and the selected designer will support its continued development by working alongside a broader design and product team. This position requires a proactive and independent mindset, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other designers, marketing, and cross-functional teams. The goal is to help deliver an intuitive and seamless UX/UI that enhances conversion rates and ensures high user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ongoing Website UX/UI Redesign: Continue work on the current redesign by analyzing and improving website structure, ensuring users can easily find information and navigate the platform effectively.
- User Research: Conduct user interviews, surveys, and analyze behavioral data to understand user needs and pain points.
- Prototyping and Testing: Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web interfaces; conduct usability testing to validate design solutions.
- Design System Usage and Maintenance: Utilize and contribute to our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across digital products.
- Usability Testing & Feedback: Conduct usability tests and continuously integrate user feedback to refine and improve the user experience.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure that all designs reflect our brand identity and contribute to a cohesive, high-quality user experience across platforms.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, Web Designer, or similar role with a solid portfolio demonstrating your UX design skills and processes.
- Experience with prototyping and design tools like Figma.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design optimization is considered a strong plus.
- Ability to create a clear and organized design library of your design work.
- Understanding of brand identity and how to reflect it through design.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working independently.
