Your Mission

Overview: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead a specific project involving different DIGIT Units.

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering a project that span multiple DIGIT units. The role requires strong project management skills, stakeholder coordination, and foundational knowledge of cybersecurity principles.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution :

• Develop project plans, schedules and resource coordination across multiple teams.
• Drive the execution of project activities, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and cost objectives.
• Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
  
  

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact between project teams, DIGIT units, and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate regular status meetings, provide clear communication, and manage expectations across diverse audiences.
  
  

Cybersecurity Integration

• Collaborate with cybersecurity specialists to assess risks and define security requirements.
• Support implementation of basic cybersecurity controls
  
  

Your Profile

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in project management within IT or digital transformation environments.
• Proven track record managing large-scale, cross-functional projects.
• Experience working in or with DIGIT or similar organizational structures is an asset.
  
  

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile).
• Familiarity with ITIL service management practices or certifications.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles, standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST), and risk management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams.
  
  

Requirements

• EU citizenship.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in any other European language is a plus.
