- 12–15 years of hands-on experience in network design, implementation, and delivery across global environments.
- Design and manage technical network solutions aligned with customer infrastructure requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex, high-impact network issues across global environments.
- Upgrade and maintain network hardware and software components to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Lead end-to-end network infrastructure design, including the creation of High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation.
- Plan, implement, and test network infrastructure solutions for new deployments or migrations.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals and technical documentation for program ramp-ups and ramp-downs.
- Test and validate the performance, scalability, and security of new or upgraded systems.
- Collaborate with technology vendors to manage and resolve network-related issues.
- Ensure smooth transition and operational handover of network solutions to support teams.
- Deep understanding of LAN, WLAN, SDN, and SD-WAN technologies.
- Proficiency in working with Cisco Routers, Switches, Wireless, Infoblox DDI, Cisco ACI, Cisco and Fortinet Firewalls, and Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela).
- Strong knowledge of network security, bandwidth management, and connectivity optimization.
- Proven ability to implement industry best practices to enhance productivity and minimize downtime.
- Experience in managing services against SLA commitments and delivering high availability and performance.
- Excellent analytical, design, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to stakeholders.
- Experience with operational transitions and ensuring seamless handovers to support teams.
- Preferred Certification- CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional)
