Backed by Series A funding, we’re expanding fast, and we’re looking for a Product Manager to reinforce our Product team and who is ready to make an impact in a high-growth, cross-functional environment.

About the job

We are seeking a hands-on but also strategic Product Manager who thrives on turning complex problems into simple, valuable solutions. This person will own product initiatives from discovery to delivery, balancing business goals, technical feasibility, and user needs, to drive measurable impact and innovation in our platform.

The ideal candidate is always looking for ways to improve a product or service to make it better, faster, and more user-friendly. You are responsible for producing technology solutions from concept to delivery that satisfy customer needs in alignment with our business strategy.

Responsibilities

· Act as the voice of the customer and internal product champion.

· Conduct market research, user interviews, and data analysis to inform prioritization.

· Translate user pain points into actionable features, epics, and user stories.

· Manage the product backlog and roadmap, balancing new features with technical debt and bug fixes.

· Collaborate daily with engineering, design, and business teams to build and ship high-quality solutions.

· Define clear product goals and measurable outcomes.

· Ensure transparency and alignment across stakeholders by clearly communicating roadmap progress.

· Leverage analytics tools to track performance and inform decisions.

Background

· 3+ years in product or digital project management.

· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technologies or equivalent experience.

· Data-informed decision-making mindset.

· Fluent in English (spoken and written). Portuguese and Spanish are a plus.

· Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

· Hands-on experience with product development tools like Notion.

· Familiarity with Scrum methodology and Agile delivery.

· Good technical knowledge and understanding of UX/UI best practices.

· Experience with product analytics (quantitative and qualitative) is valued, specially with tools like Posthog.

· Knowledge in influencer marketing or other digital marketing environment is a plus.
