What You'll do:

• Transform prototypes and notebooks into production-ready inference pipelines (batch or real-time);
• Optimize models for low-latency execution and efficient resource usage;
• Develop pre- and post-processing logic for model input/output data;
• Ensure testability, versioning, and traceability of models in production;
• Collaborate with MLOps teams to integrate with CI/CD pipelines and continuous retraining processes;
• Work with Data Engineers to integrate with Feature Stores and real-time data sources;
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements (e.g., logging, auditability, validation);

What You Are:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Engineering, Data Science, or related fields;
• 4+ years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in production;
• Practical knowledge of frameworks such as MLflow, TensorFlow Serving, TorchServe, ONNX Runtime, or equivalents;
• Experience with model serialization, optimization, and deployment (e.g., LightGBM, XGBoost, scikit-learn, PyTorch);
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team with Data Scientists, MLOps, and Data Engineers;
• Previous experience in personalization, recommendation engines, or real-time decision systems is a strong plus.
