🌟 Your Mission

We’re looking for a Senior Unity Developer to help shape the future of one of our flagship user-facing products. This role is a bit different: we’re using Unity to build an application, not a game. If you’re excited about leveraging Unity’s power for non-gaming products, this could be a great fit for you.

You’ll collaborate with designers, product managers, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality, responsive experiences. Analytical thinking, a collaborative spirit, and a drive for continuous improvement are what we value most—credentials come second.

🎮 What You’ll Be Doing

• Write clean, maintainable Unity code for responsive, high-quality user experiences
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers to bring UX/UI concepts to life in Unity
• Contribute to and maintain a shared Unity framework with reusable components and tools
• Support technical planning, code reviews, and improvements to development workflows
• Help ship reliable, production-ready features focused on quality and performance
• Break down complex problems into simple, actionable tasks
• Work in an agile environment (Kanban/Scrum) as part of a cross-functional team
• Use analytic platforms (Amplitude, PostHog, etc.) to inform product improvements
• Contribute to our inclusive, collaborative, and people-first team culture

🧠 What You Bring

• 5+ years’ experience in Unity on mobile platforms (iOS/Android)
• 3+ years building and shipping user-facing applications
• Strong proficiency in C# and Unity
• Experience with uGUI and dependency injection frameworks (e.g., Zenject)
• Familiarity with MVC architecture
• Experience with analytics platforms (Amplitude, PostHog, etc.)
• Experience releasing user-facing mobile applications
• Proactive, accountable, and solution-oriented mindset
• Fluent English communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams

Bonus/good to have:

• Knowledge of Unity Addressables
• Game development experience
• Familiarity with version control tools such as git
