• Studies in Sociology, Psychology, Law, or HR-related fields
• Excellent organizational skills and eagle-eye attention to detail
• Discreet, reliable, and professional - you know how to handle sensitive info
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day HR admin across the entire employee lifecycle
• Draft and prepare contracts, terminations, addendums, and employment documentation
• Keep our digital and physical employee records up-to-date and audit-ready
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and internal changes with precision
• Coordinate interviews, meetings, and candidate communication
• Pitch in with employee engagement initiatives and HR communications
• Respond to employee questions and direct them to the right info or person
• Help ensure HR policies, compliance, and reporting are on point
