What will you do?

As a Product Designer at Rebtel you will bring both craft and strategic thinking to the table. Someone who loves turning real user needs into impactful, accessible and scalable design solutions. In this role, you will help shape intuitive user experience across mobile and web.

Responsibilities And Tasks

• Deliver high quality, user centered designs and features to elevate overall user experience.
• Partner with Senior Product Designer, Product Managers, and Engineers to iterate user experience from concept to launch.
• Create, collaborate and iterate on flows, prototypes and high-fidelity visuals.
• Contribute to evolving design system to support scalability across platforms
• Balance look and feel and user needs with business objectives and technical constraints.
• Ensure accessibility and usability standards are met across designs consistently.
• Support research and testing to validate design decisions.
• Stay up to date with design and mobile app trends to inform design thinking and innovation.
  
  

Requirements

• Well-rounded experience across entire design process from discovery to deliver.
• Proficiency in Figma and similar tools for prototype, collaboration and documentation.
• Strong eye for visual and interaction design.
• Experience designing for multiple platforms, including responsive web, iOS and Android.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
• Detailed oriented and passionate about quality
• Experience with user research, usability testing and A/B testing is a plus
• Experience working in a rapidly changing environment is a plus.
