Security Consultant

We are hiring an OT Security Consultant to support cybersecurity efforts at our Solna manufacturing site. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with IT and OT security, strong communication skills, and a background in working within manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support OT and IT security projects in collaboration with internal and external teams.
• Identify and manage cyber risks in manufacturing operations.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Act as the security liaison between InfoSec and local plant/business teams.
• Monitor the threat landscape and recommend risk mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Continuously seek process improvements and support knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field.
• 7–10 years of IT/OT security experience, ideally in manufacturing.
• Understanding of OT systems, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and network technologies.
• Experience implementing and maintaining security controls and risk assessments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

• CCNA or PMP certification.
• Experience working in cross-functional, global teams.
• Strong problem-solving, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
