Responsibilities:
- As a Vulnerability Management Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing endpoint vulnerabilities across the organization. Your key responsibilities include identifying affected devices based on CVEs, coordinating internal communications to inform impacted users, managing related support tickets, and responding to security-related inquiries. You’ll be essential in ensuring vulnerabilities are addressed swiftly and communicated clearly.

- In a rapidly evolving SaaS landscape, you’ll monitor new vendor features and proactively engage with them to align on our needs and future developments.
- You’ll contribute to shaping the future of our services—automating, simplifying, and enhancing them for robustness and security. As a key partner to major vendors like Microsoft and JAMF, you’ll maintain frequent contact with their product teams and technical experts.

Profile:
- We’re seeking experienced IT professionals with 2–3 years in similar roles, along with the following qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, IT Audit, or equivalent work experience.
- Hands-on experience in vulnerability management, especially in identifying and remediating endpoint vulnerabilities based on CVEs.
- Familiarity with endpoint protection platforms (e.g., Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, CrowdStrike) and incident response processes.
- Experience coordinating with communication or end-user teams during security incidents.
- Strong background in Microsoft 365 technologies in enterprise, multinational environments—supported by relevant Microsoft and security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM).
- Understanding of outsourcing practices across operational, tactical, and strategic levels, ensuring end-to-end accountability for WPS services.
- Previous experience in highly regulated sectors such as finance.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple vulnerability cases efficiently.
- Skilled at translating complex technical information into clear, actionable messages for diverse audiences.
- Proactively pursue personal development—attending conferences, engaging with the community, and sharing knowledge with peers.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Proven problem-solver, capable of visualizing and resolving complex challenges.
- A reliable team player who’s often seen as the "go-to person" in times of difficulty.
