Software Engineer

We’re Hiring | Kafka SRE Support – Hybrid | Krakow 🚨

Location: Kraków, Poland (Hybrid)

We’re looking for an experienced Kafka SRE Support Engineer to join a high-performing team, supporting critical messaging infrastructure at scale.

Tech Environment:

• Messaging: Apache Kafka, Confluent Kafka
• Monitoring & Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk
• Automation: Ansible, Puppet (or similar)
• DevOps Tools: GitHub, Jenkins, JIRA, Confluence

Key Skills:

• Deep understanding of Kafka architecture, cluster maintenance, and production issue mitigation
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with engineers and stakeholders
• Proven problem-solving and analytical capabilities
• Experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation-first environments
