System Specialist

Responsibilities

• Managing and Configuring Microsoft Server Operating Systems,
• Managing Microsoft Exchange (2013, 2016, 2019) Systems, performing update and upgrade processes, including disaster recovery scenarios
• Performing Microsoft Active Directory installation, configuration, upgrade etc.
• Managing and Configuring Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), to perform patch & app deployment processes
• Managing Microsoft Azure and O365 services (IaaS, Entra, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, etc.), including Hybrid platforms
• Fulfilling all hardening, performance management and patch management processes of Microsoft products.
• Analyzing events and incidents occurring in Microsoft products and services and producing fast solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required (Computer Sciences, Engineering Department, etc.)
• Min. 5 years' experience in related areas, preferably in IT or Technology companies,
• Full knowledge of the MS Products (Active Directory, MS Exchange, Ms365, Azure etc.),
• Having knowledge in the field of Microsoft cloud technologies, Azure, Office365 management and made transition projects
• Experienced in the management of antivirus products,
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies (MS Hyper-V, VmWare),
• Well-organized, a self-starter with enthusiasm and initiative,
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, and comfortable learning new systems as needed.
• Good command of English
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, team environment
• This role will be located in Ankara (Onsite)
