In that team;

• Designing platform solutions for end-to-end monitoring of IT Infrastructure and Application services, developing or procuring the most suitable products (researching, making POCs, performing procurement processes), implementing products, operating with existing products and ensuring continuity,
• To define metric analysis for monitoring, problem detection and proactive precautions, making developments for generating necessary warnings and visualizations,
• Developing and implementing of automatic recovery mechanisms for recovering services health.
• Evaluating the health and performance of services from the perspective of the end user, developing solutions that will provide quick intervention to problems and facilitate root cause analysis.
• To operate the life cycle of the event management process in a healthy way and to implement the necessary developments and innovations to improve the process.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Graduated from Computer Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mathematics Engineering or similar departments of universities
• Experienced in one or more of monitoring and logging products (Dynatrace, Operations Bridge Manager, BPM, Sitescope, Instana, Solarwinds, Scom, ELK, etc.)
• Familiar with Java, SQL, .Net technologies,
• Knowledge about IT infrastructure systems (Operating System, Middleware Technologies, Virtualization Technologies, Network, Database, etc.),
• Knowledge of public and private cloud technologies (Openshift, AWS, Azure, etc.)
• Knowledge about application servers and web servers (Websphere, Jboss, IIS, Apache, Nginx etc.)
• Knowledge about IT Security Technologies (Firewall, IPS, other attack protection technologies, etc.)
• Following and applying new technological improvements and best practices,
• Having an understanding of ITIL (Event-Incident / Incident-Case / Problem Management) processes,
• Good command of English
