You’re a Product Manager ready to join our team in Oslo.

You have a passion for building high-quality B2B software and bring experience in – or a strong interest in – HR, people management, or HCM systems. You’re curious about the impact of AI on product development and how it can create customer value.

What you'll do as a Product Manager

You’ll work in a product trio (a product designer and a tech lead) and lead a cross-functional team in Norway or India. Together, you’ll turn strategy into meaningful outcomes.

• Own Vision and Roadmap:

Define and drive the strategy for your product area/module. Set goals aligned with company priorities, market trends, and customer needs. Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps.

• Drive Discovery & Delivery:

Work closely with your team to identify opportunities, assess risks, and build solutions that deliver customer value. Use insights and data to guide decisions and measure success.

• Champion Releases:

Prioritize and communicate plans with stakeholders. Validate features, ensure quality, and partner with Product Marketing and the rest of the organization to maximize adoption and impact.

• Lead Product Ownership:

Be the go-to expert within your product area throughout the full product lifecycle.

• Foster Collaboration:

Lead an empowered, cross-functional team. Drive iterative development and help the team learn, adapt, and improve continuously.

What do you need to succeed in the role

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in B2B software.
• Good understanding and experience with HCM, HR Tech, and/or HRIS. You have an enthusiasm for HCM and its role in shaping better workplaces.
• Strong interest in (and ideally experience with) how AI and emerging technologies can impact product management, customer solutions, and user experiences.
• Solid understanding of modern product development, discovery, and agile practices. Focus on solving real problems, not just building features.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset, strong business acumen, and a passion for creating customer value.
• Pragmatic and proactive mindset, with energy and motivation to transform change and challenges into opportunities and direction.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and decision-making skills, and ability to build good relationships with both internal stakeholders and customers.
