Overview:

A high-growth technology company within the mobility and services sector is seeking a Product Design Lead to take full ownership of the design function. The role involves driving design across mobile, web, and internal platforms within a complex, multi-surface product ecosystem.

This is a player-coach position that combines leadership with hands-on design. You will work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver scalable, user-centered, and visually distinctive experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Shape the Product Experience Across the Ecosystem

• Lead end-to-end design across B2C apps, B2B portals, and internal dashboards
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers in cross-functional teams
• Design solutions for complex domains including logistics, localization, and internal operations

Guide the Team, Process and Design Culture

• Manage and mentor a team of in-house and outsourced designers
• Run design sprints through discovery, prototyping, validation, and delivery
• Foster a strong culture of feedback, collaboration, and design excellence

Advance the Brand in Product Form

• Maintain and evolve a unified design system
• Ensure consistency and accessibility across all digital surfaces and partner integrations
• Contribute to brand evolution through product-driven design maturity

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 7 years in product design, including at least 2 years in a leadership or hybrid leadership/hands-on role
• Experience designing for consumer, operational, and internal-facing platforms
• Strong skills in both visual design and UX architecture
• Comfortable in fast-paced, agile product environments
• Proficient in Figma and familiar with modern design tools and research workflows
• Strong communicator capable of aligning product, engineering, and design functions
