I'm looking to connect with Senior ML Engineers who have experience in applying AI & ML solutions into corporate finance.

Experience needed:

• 5-8 years industry experience since recent academic achievement
• Experience implementing AI and ML in a finance capacity
• Statistical modelling & leverage financial datasets
• Large Language Models, fine-tuning or pre-training
• Strong background in programming (Python desired)
• Worked on products which made it to real time setting
• Advanced understanding of neural network structures and finetuning techniques
• RAG Retrieval Pipeline / Evaluation
• Text Chunking and Embedding

Academia

• PhD or MSc in a relevant STEM (Math or Stats preferred)
