KILONEWTONS is seeking a sharp and analytical Market Research Analyst to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting market data to drive business decisions in the engineering and construction sector.

📋 Key Responsibilities

✔ Conduct comprehensive market research on construction and engineering trends in the UAE/GCC

✔ Analyze competitor strategies, market share, and industry developments

✔ Design and implement surveys, focus groups, and data collection methods

✔ Transform complex data into actionable business insights and visual reports

✔ Monitor economic indicators and regulatory changes affecting the industry

✔ Prepare detailed reports with forecasts, trends, and recommendations

✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development

✔ Track KPIs and measure effectiveness of marketing strategies

✔ Present findings to senior management with clear visualizations

💻 Required Skills & Tools

✔ 5+ years experience in market research (construction/engineering industry preferred)

✔ Expertise In

• SPSS, SAS, or R (statistical analysis)
• Tableau/Power BI (data visualization)
• Google Analytics (web metrics)
• CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) ✔ Strong knowledge of:
• SWOT & PESTLE analysis
• Primary & secondary research methods
• Data mining techniques ✔ Excellent presentation and storytelling skills ✔ Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or Statistics
