Marketing Automation Specialist – User Growth (1M+ Acquisition Goal)
Role Summary:
We are looking for a data-driven, results-oriented Marketing Automation Specialist to lead cross-platform user acquisition strategies. Your core mission: design and execute automation-driven campaigns to acquire 1 million+ users across multiple digital and social channels within a scalable and cost-efficient framework.
This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives at the intersection of growth marketing, automation, content performance, and analytics, and who has experience managing growth campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and scale marketing automation workflows (email, SMS, retargeting, onboarding journeys, lead scoring, etc.)
- Execute multi-channel campaigns using automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Customer.io, Zapier, Make, Meta API)
- Design high-converting, A/B-tested landing pages, UTM strategies, and retargeting funnels
- Implement cross-platform attribution and user journey mapping using tools like Segment, Mixpanel, or GA4
- Partner with content, design, and paid media teams to automate content publishing and performance tracking
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to improve CAC, LTV, CTR, and conversion rate
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, AdCreative.ai) to auto-generate personalized ad creatives and messages
Tools & Platforms You Should Know:
- CRM & Automation: HubSpot, Customer.io, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo
- Ad Platforms: Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok for Business, LinkedIn Ads
- Analytics: GA4, Mixpanel, Hotjar, Segment, Looker Studio
- Automation/Integration: Zapier, Make.com (Integromat), Airtable
- AI Content: Jasper, Copy.ai, ChatGPT, AdCreative.ai
Qualifications:
- 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or automation roles
- Proven experience running user acquisition campaigns across multiple social platforms simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of marketing funnels, performance analytics, and A/B testing
- Experience working toward high-scale user goals (100k+ or 1M+ users) is preferred
- Hands-on with automation logic, APIs, triggers, and marketing workflows
- Excellent project management and communication skills
