Location: Toronto (3x onsite a week)

Role Overview

We are hiring a Java Tech Lead to guide and mentor development teams while designing scalable backend solutions. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring frameworks, and microservices, along with experience in cloud, CI/CD, and containerized deployments.

Mandatory Skills

  • Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams
  • 8+ years of experience in Java, J2EE, RESTful APIs, and Web Services
  • Expert in Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Batch, Spring REST, Spring Cloud, AOP, and Hibernate
  • Experience with microservices and event-driven architecture
  • Hands-on with SQL, NoSQL (Document DB), Azure, Kubernetes, and Jenkins
