• Experience on LAN/WAN, DC Technologies – Routing, Switching, Server Load balancing, and MPLS.

• Good experience in using Cisco Works, SolarWinds, ITNC, M, etc.

• Has experience in Router/Switch/Load balancer installations and migration activities.

• Hands-on with LAN/WAN technologies like VLAN, VTP, STP, HSRP, IPSec VPN, MPLS, Lease Line, ISDN, OSPF, BGP, VDC, VPC. Has been involved in designing, building, and maintaining NOCs, DCs.

• Understand the client’s requirements and gaps thoroughly to provide the best service in customization and implementation of forthcoming versions.

• Extensive experience in Cisco Intrusion Detection and Prevention technologies, working knowledge with Ticketing tools like Remedy and Service-Now
