We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our digital products, and turning complex data into easy-to-digest contents. You will work closely with product owners to understand user needs, conduct user research, and translate insights into user-centered design solutions. Responsibilities
- Translate complex user workflows and data models into user-friendly interfaces and logical user flows
- Design and iterate on wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Create visual structures and hierarchies that make large volumes of data easy to understand and navigate
- Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and data teams to understand requirements and constraints
- Conduct or collaborate on user research, usability testing, and data analysis to validate design decisions
- Define, maintain, and evolve design systems and component libraries to ensure visual and functional consistency across products
- Continuously improve the user experience based on feedback, analytics, and evolving product goals
- Present and articulate design rationale to stakeholders and teammates
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web or software applications, especially in data-heavy or enterprise environments
- Strong portfolio showcasing ability to simplify complex processes or datasets through design
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe, or equivalent
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design
- Experience creating and maintaining design systems and reusable component libraries in collaboration with front-end developers
- Experience working with product and engineering teams in an agile environment
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to clearly communicate design concepts and rationale to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Bonus: Experience in complex data visualization, dashboards, or B2B SaaS platforms
- Experience in creating infographics explaining complex technology
- Experience in utilizing design AI tools
- Proficiency in motion graphics/animation
- Proficiency in video production
