SDK Development Engineer (C / Networking)

PLVision is looking for a skilled SDK Development Engineer with strong expertise in C programming and embedded systems to join our expanding team. In this role, you will contribute to the development of a next-generation network product SDK (Software Development Kit) for a long-standing technology leader. As part of the project, you’ll work on all layers of the SDK, from user APIs to low-level firmware registers, helping to shape the tools that enable developers and global networking companies to build robust, scalable solutions. Responsibilities

- Write feature specifications based on requirements and detailed design

- Develop a next-generation network product SDK (Software Development Kit), from user APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) to firmware registers

- Participate in the development of new systems

- Evaluate, integrate third-party libraries

- Collaborate closely with other firmware and software teams

- Work directly with leading networking companies, key customers of the Client's product

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Computer Science or Software/Computer Engineering

• 3+ years of commercial experience

• Excellent knowledge of C programming language

• Experience with Git

• Good understanding of real-time, multithreading software

• Experience in Embedded Systems Engineering

• Knowledge of standard specifications (Ethernet, MAC, Physical Layers, Optics)

• Familiarity with Linux at the user level

• Technical English at an upper-intermediate level or higher

• Logical thinking and fast learning skills

Would be a plus

• Experience in direct communication with customers

• Knowledge of Python programming language
