Role & RESPONSIBILTY: Technology Strategy – AI Security and Governance
- Experience: 4 to 8 years
- Review and design on AI security strategy, policies, risk assessment methodologies and frameworks to safeguard AI systems
- Perform AI risk assessments and compliance assessments in line with AI regulations like EU AI Act and standards like ISO 42001 and NIST
- Good working knowledge on security controls throughout the AI/ML lifecycle along with AI architecture
- Support audits and end to end assessment of AI products and services
- Assess third party AI services and APIs for potential risks, mitigation strategy and compliance requirements
- Implement AI security governance system and security framework across various departments of organisation
- Assist organisations with AI certification focusing on robust policies/processes, risk assessments, system impact assessment, internal audits along with training and awareness
- Knowledge of AI concepts in security tools for areas like endpoint security, data security, threat detection etc.
- Collaborate with multiple teams like data scientists, data engineers, AI/ML engineers and compliance teams to incorporate security and AI governance practices
Drive Innovation through Offerings:
- Drive profitable growth through the execution of the strategy and the strengthening of the IT advisory practice
- Bring the technology strategy practice to life to achieve sales and commercial opportunities in a collaborative ecosystem and follow through with support for cost-effective high-quality execution.
Client Relationship Building and Management:
- Establish and sustain long-term profitable client relationships that drive value creation, delivery excellence and a positive client work environment.
- Leads the client lifecycle from initial contact through delivery.
- Manages client expectations and client satisfaction. Acts as an advisor and partner to the client.
- Works with the client to minimize delivery disruptions and effectively manages client urgencies.
Continuous Improvement Strategy:
- An ongoing effort to improve solutions, services, or processes. These efforts can seek "incremental" improvement over time or "breakthrough" improvement all at once.
Innovation Strategy:
- Design, develop and implement business strategies for clients to implement new and different approaches to business based on the innovation approach.

- Candidates should expect 2 - 3 rounds of personal or telephonic interviews to assess fitment and communication skills
>> KEY COMPETENCIES
- Strong desire to work in technology-driven business transformation
- Ability to develop technology solutions and value adding propositions and take these to market
- Ability to drive C-suite/senior leadership level discussions
- Strong knowledge of technology trends across IT and digital and how they can be applied to companies to address real world problems and opportunities.
- Proven experience in deal shaping, formulating proposals & owning Technology Strategy sales
- Leading proof of concept and/or pilot implementations and defining the plan to scale implementations across multiple technology domains
- Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills - ability to convey technology and business value propositions to senior stakeholders
- Capacity to develop high impact thought leadership that articulates a forward-thinking view of market.
>> CRITERIA
- Education 60% above throughout academics
- One 3 years (at least) regular course is must either Diploma or Graduation
- Course: B.E. / B. Tech / MCA / M. Tech / MBA degree or equivalent
- ISO 42001 LA/LI certification is preferrable
