Responsibilities And Attributions

Responsibilities and Assignments

• Lead or participate in discovery processes to understand problems and opportunities
• Translate user needs and business requirements into clear, accessible, and intuitive journeys and interfaces
• Build, maintain, and evolve flows and interfaces based on best practices and consistency
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, and other cross-functional teams
• Apply and enhance the design system according to product challenges
• Track delivery results with a focus on performance metrics and impact
• Validate hypotheses through user testing and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data
• Deeply understand the customer journey and usage flows within your scope
• Monitor and act on key product KPIs
• Implement, monitor, and analyze experience metrics
• Master user behavioral data to support decision-making
• Share learnings and continuously generate knowledge about user behavior
  
  
  

Requisites And Qualifications

Requirements and Qualifications

• Ability to articulate the value of design, clearly communicating the rationale behind decisions
• Autonomy to navigate across disciplines and get things done
• Proactivity and drive to seek information and reduce uncertainty
• Commitment and active participation in team and department routines
• Strong knowledge of UX and UI principles and practices
• Ability to conduct usability testing and user research
• Analytical skills to interpret data and incorporate it into decision-making
• Product and service thinking, going beyond the interface to consider context, market, business rules, and strategic goals
  
  
  

Differential Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):

• Experience with high-traffic products
• Experience in the entertainment industry
• Case studies focused on results and impact
• Intermediate English (ability to participate in conversations)
