We are looking for a skilled Product Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving product development and innovation.

In this position, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, oversee development, and ensure the delivery of high-value solutions. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, an effective communicator, and experienced in managing the full product lifecycle.

Responsibilities


  • Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on business needs and customer feedback
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to ensure alignment on product goals
  • Create and maintain a product roadmap to guide development efforts and communicate timelines
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product improvements
  • Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch evaluation
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into actionable deliverables
  • Facilitate design review sessions and collaborate on business process improvements
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and identify areas for optimization
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment to achieve product objectives


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management information systems, computer science, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in product management
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in lead, manager, owner, architect, or coordinator roles
  • At least 2 years of experience managing teams of five or more employees
  • Proven involvement in at least two full-cycle projects or experience launching a product (or a key product capability) to the market
  • Experience modeling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements
  • Ability to participate in design review sessions and collaborate directly with clients
  • Understanding of integration landscapes and the ability to align them with future functional design visions
  • Knowledge of non-functional requirements and business process design
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, including Product Ownership and Primary Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English at an advanced level to effectively collaborate and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

  • Experience with Rally Software for project management
  • Familiarity with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
