Project Coordinator

Remote position- From Buenos Aires, Argentina

RYZ Labs is seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our client's team. Our client is a pioneering company revolutionizing how micro-business owners transform their crafting passions into thriving businesses.

This Project Coordinator will coordinate influencer relationships and drives the smooth execution of creative projects. This role balances communication, scheduling, and tracking to keep initiatives on time and on brief.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, reach out to, and cultivate relationships with influencers
• Serve as the primary point of contact between influencers and the company, coordinating schedules and asset delivery
• Liaise with external vendors to ensure project requirements are met
• Manage intake for creative project requests and maintain a comprehensive project tracker
• Prioritize projects in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders
• Monitor timelines, flag risks, and ensure all deadlines are met
