About the Role

We’re looking for a Software Engineer to join our product development team in Joensuu. You’ll be working on innovative data erasure solutions that are helping organisations around the world operate more securely and sustainably.

This is a hands-on engineering role, giving you the chance to learn from a global team of experts while contributing meaningfully to real-world projects. You'll be part of a collaborative, inclusive, and fast-moving team, where your ideas will be heard and your growth will be supported.

This is a fixed-term, 1-year contract based onsite in Joensuu.

What You'll Be Doing

You’ll get stuck into a wide range of software development tasks, from design and debugging to building and maintaining features across the tech stack. We’re not just looking for someone who can code, we want someone who’s curious, committed to learning, and eager to be part of a team that’s leading the industry.

What We're Looking For

• A strong willingness to learn and grow
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• A positive attitude and a detail-focused mindset
• Comfort working in an agile, multicultural environment
• Some experience with software development, especially helpful if you’ve touched on:
• C++ on Windows or Unix-like systems
• Win32 API
• Deployment tools (MSI, Intune, Active Directory)
• Hypervisors (ESXi, Hyper-V, VirtualBox)
• REST APIs
• Python or C#
• Solid documentation practices
