Flutter Engineer

We're hiring a Senior Flutter Engineer for a rapidly growing European fintech building tools for small businesses. You’ll join a collaborative mobile team working on greenfield features and scaling a widely used cross-platform app.

What you’ll do:

• Build and scale mobile features using Flutter and Dart
• Work with designers, backend engineers, and product teams
• Contribute to testing, architecture, and team-wide standards
• Help shape a modular Flutter codebase with over 300 active packages

What we’re looking for:

• 4+ years of mobile dev experience, including 2–3+ years in Flutter
• Strong with testing (unit, widget, BDD) and state management
• Comfortable in agile teams and writing production-level code
• Bonus: experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions), Firebase, or fintech
