PROCESS EXCELLENCE EXPERT • TELEMATICS

We are looking for a Process Excellence Expert to strengthen our ambitious BA and BI Development team in Vilnius, Lithuania. You will be part of a dynamic team driving process improvement and business intelligence initiatives across the organization.

Teltonika’s telematics business unit develops and produces easy-to-use GPS tracking devices for effective fleet management in logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and more. Using the latest technologies, Teltonika sets new standards for the telematics industry.

In this role, you will: 

• Collaborate with Process Owners to identify and prioritize problematic processes using qualitative feedback and PowerBI data insights.
• Lead 2-3 long-term process reengineering projects, managing planning, execution, and reporting.
• Organize and conduct training sessions, providing consultation and support in process management.
• Facilitate workshops and working groups to co-create solutions and ensure process compliance with company performace standards.

What we expect of you: 

• Process analysis and optimization experience.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of leading long-term, cross-functional process reengineering initiatives.
• Familiarity with process management, change management methodolo-gies, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Proficiency in data-driven process analysis, including interpreting data analytics to identify bottlenecks and improvement areas.
• Experience in business process architecture.
• Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement certifications would be considered an advantage.
• Proficiency with specialized process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN) would be considered an advantage.
• Experience in moderating discussions, training sessions, and agile project management would be considered an advantage.

·     Salary

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 22 Eur/h up to 28 Eur/h (3813 Eur- 4853 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses.
