Your Mission Will Be

• Drive agile adoption across teams by actively embedding agile values and principles into the culture;
• Guide squads through their agile journey, boosting their maturity and autonomy at every step;
• Elevate the quality of agile ceremonies, artifacts, and team interactions through continuous improvement;
• Work closely with Product Owners, Tech Leads, and Service Delivery to ensure alignment across all levels.

You Will Need

• At least 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in similar roles within complex software development environments;
• Strong background in organizational agile transformation and practical framework implementation (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.);
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence for agile project tracking and collaboration;
• Fluency in Portuguese and a strong command of English, both spoken and written;
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.

Would Be Awesome If You Have

• Certifications like CSM, PSM II/III, SAFe SPC, or similar credentials;
• BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
