What You'll do:

• Build and validate models for propensity, churn, CLV, product recommendation, channel, and frequency;
• Apply causal inference and counterfactual modeling techniques (e.g., uplift modeling, meta-learners);
• Collaborate on defining relevant features and creating datasets for training and scoring;
• Work with MLOps for model industrialization and with compliance teams to ensure transparency and auditability;
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the engine through impact analysis, A/B testing, and feedback loops;

What You Are:

• Masters degree (minimum) in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields;
• 4+ years of hands-on experience developing models in production (preferably in banking, insurance, or telecom);
• Proficiency in Python, scikit-learn, XGBoost/LightGBM, and causal inference libraries;
• Practical knowledge of explainability techniques (e.g., SHAP, LIME);
• Experience working with transactional, behavioral, and contextual data.
